What is the policy in returning items at Sephora store?

If you have purchased items in any of our stores, you may return it in the same store you purchased from and within the same Country. 
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may bring back the product within 14 days, with the receipt for exchange or get a refund on gift card. Products must be unused, seal is unbroken and in its original packaging.
