Can synthetic fragrance be present in a Clean at Sephora product?

Synthetic fragrances are allowed, provided that brands have certified that they have complied with our Clean at Sephora fragrance criteria. In skincare, makeup and hair products only, synthetic fragrances are allowable at concentrations below 1% of total formula.
