What is the length of a product's life cycle?

The length of a product's life cycle can be classified by texture.

- Powders : 5 Years from Manufacturer Date

- Cream / Stick : 3 Years from Manufacturer Date

- Liquid / Emulsion : 3-5 Years from Manufacturer Date

- Wax : 3-5 Years from Manufacturer Date

- Gel : 3-5 Years from Manufacturer Date

- Oil : 3-5 Years from Manufacturer Date

- Fragrance : 3 Years from Manufacturer Date

*This is a general standard for beauty products. Nonetheless, the life of some products or some brands might differ from above guideline due to manufacturing process and ingredients. For example, the product life of Cover FX and Make Up For Ever are 5 years from Manufacturer Date.*

Besides the manufacturer date or expiry date on the package, you might see "Period After Opening (POA)" symbol  . Once you start opening product, its life will get shorter following the length stated on POA sign. Please use the product within the the period of POA . For example, If there is  on the product, it means the product can be used within 6 months from opening date.
