What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?

Please contact us immediately at Sephora Thailand Contact-Us via call 02-508 8625 from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Mondays - Fridays except Public Holiday) with your order number, details and images of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need to collect back by our courier.
