Synthetic fragrances may be present in a "Clean at Sephora" product, provided that the brand has certified that they have complied with our "Clean at Sephora" fragrance criteria . In skincare, makeup, and hair products only, synthetic fragrances are allowable at concentrations below 1% of the total formula.
