Yes, Sephora will resume the Custom Makeover on 1st Nov, 2022 onwards with following instructions.
Sephora prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our customers and our staff. Following the ease of precautionary measures, our in-store services are back.
Customers must be fully vaccinated in order to enjoy the Mask-Off Services. Store personnel will need to validate customers’ identity and vaccination status before performing the service on the day of the appointment. Sephora reserves the right to deny service if a customer is unable to provide proof of full vaccination* status. Safe Management measures in-store will be reinforced in line with COVID-19 Preventive Measures.
For Mask-On** Services, customers will be required to keep their masks on for the entire duration of the session. We request customers to keep their masks on prior to the commencement of Mask-Off*** Services.
Bookings are required for Custom Makeover. Subject to limited slots per day. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted.
*fully vaccinated = 2 weeks after the final dose of vaccine is completed, as confirmed by a valid “vaccinated” status on the customer’s certificate of vaccination.
**Mask-On Services include eye makeup, eyeliner and eyebrow styling etc.
***Mask-Off Services include Flawless Foundation, Concealer, Contour, Blush & Bronze, Lips, etc.
