Can I request for tax invoice ?

Please send the details as below for issuing tax invoice
1. Order number
2. Name for issuing Tax Invoice
3. Tax ID
4. Address for issuing Tax Invoice
5. Email address for receiving Tax Invoice

Sephora issues only paper-based full tax invoices. We are unable to issue e-Tax Invoices or e-Receipts. Tax invoices will be issued after the package has been delivered, and a PDF file will be sent via email or Facebook inbox

Please note that after your tax invoice has been issued,  your order is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please check your order before requesting for a tax invoice.

If we receive a surge in volume of tax invoice request ,this may cause a delay .
